What products does SAIO Enterprise export?
We export four core categories — Raw Leather, Indian Spices, Textile and Hardware. All products are sourced directly from India's finest manufacturers, tanneries, farms and mills. Contact us for a detailed product catalogue.
Do you export raw leather or finished leather products?
Our primary export is raw leather — hides and skins in wet blue, crust and finished form. Finished leather goods such as bags, belts and wallets can be arranged on special request for bulk orders.
Are your spices pure and natural? No blending or adulteration?
Yes — all our spices are sourced directly from farms across Kerala, Rajasthan and Gujarat. We do not blend or adulterate any product. What you order is exactly what you receive — pure, natural and export grade.
Can you supply custom specifications for textile orders?
Yes. For bulk textile orders we can arrange custom weaving, dyeing, printing and sizing as per your specifications. Please share your requirements in the enquiry form and we will confirm feasibility.
Can you handle OEM or custom orders for hardware?
Yes. We accept OEM and custom specification orders for hardware. Please share your technical drawings or specifications and we will connect you with the right manufacturer.
ORDERING & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary per product category and specific product. Please mention your required quantity in the enquiry form and we will confirm the MOQ along with pricing.
How do I place an order with SAIO Enterprise?
It is simple — fill our enquiry form with your product requirements, quantity and destination country. We will respond within 24 hours with a proforma invoice, product catalogue and shipping details. Once you confirm — we process your order.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Order processing time depends on the product category and quantity. Typically it takes 7 to 21 working days from order confirmation to shipment. We will provide a clear timeline with your proforma invoice.
Can I request a product sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample requests are welcome. The cost of the sample and courier charges to your country are at the buyer's expense. Please mention your sample request in the enquiry form and we will arrange it promptly.
DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE
Is SAIO Enterprise a legally registered export company?
Yes — SAIO Enterprise is fully registered and compliant. We hold an IEC (Import Export Code) issued by the Government of India, are GST registered and hold RCMC certification from the relevant Export Promotion Council.
What export documents do you provide with each shipment?
We provide complete export documentation with every shipment including — Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, HS Codes and all compliance certificates required for customs clearance in the destination country.
Do you provide a Certificate of Origin?
Yes. A Certificate of Origin is provided with every shipment. It confirms that the goods are manufactured and exported from India — required for customs clearance in most countries.
Are your products compliant with international quality standards?
Yes. All our products go through quality inspection before shipment. Our spices are FSSAI and APEDA compliant. Our hardware meets ISO standards. We ensure every shipment meets the quality agreed at the time of order.
SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
Which countries do you export to?
We export to USA, UAE, UK, Germany, Australia, Singapore and many more countries worldwide. If your country is not listed — contact us and we will confirm availability and shipping options.
What export terms do you offer?
We offer FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) and CFR (Cost and Freight) terms depending on the buyer's preference and destination country.
Can you arrange door to door delivery?
Yes — door to door delivery can be arranged on request depending on the destination country. Please mention this requirement in your enquiry and we will include it in your quote.
Which ports do you ship from?
We ship from major Indian ports including Mumbai (JNPT), Chennai, Kolkata and Kandla depending on the product origin and destination country.
Do you handle customs clearance at the destination country?
We handle all export customs clearance from India. Import customs clearance at the destination country is the responsibility of the buyer. However we provide all necessary documentation to ensure smooth clearance at your end.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) and advance payment. For new buyers we typically require a percentage advance with the balance before shipment. Payment terms are discussed and confirmed at the time of order.
In which currency do you accept payment?
We accept payment in USD (US Dollars), EUR (Euro) and INR (Indian Rupees). USD is preferred for international transactions.
Is it safe to pay in advance to SAIO Enterprise?
Yes — SAIO Enterprise is a fully registered, IEC certified and RCMC certified Indian export company. We are a legitimate and legally compliant business. For your additional security — we recommend starting with a sample order before placing a large bulk order.

Yes — buyers are welcome to visit. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit and we will make all necessary arrangements.
Do you work with first time importers?
Absolutely. We work with both first time importers and established trading companies. If you are new to importing from India — our team will guide you through the entire process step by step.
How do I know SAIO Enterprise is a legitimate company?
